Enjoy traditional Japanese meal course (Kaiseki) with various kinds of seasonal ingredient, including Hida Beef, and freshwater fish.
Served with Kuchitori = starters, Otsukuri = Sashimi (raw fish), Futamono = seasonal dish served in bowl with lid, Yakimono = grilled fish, Saramori = served in dish, Sunomono = pickled dish, (steamed dish, fried dish, small dish, other dish), Rice, Dessert.<\/p>\n

The meals include dishes made with Hida beef, so even though it is a small kaiseki course, it is designed to be satisfying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
